1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account with yk333, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify yk333 promptly of any changes to your registration details. yk333 reserves the right to verify all account information at any time and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with yk333. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yk333 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify yk333 customer support immediately and change your password without delay.
yk333 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements to all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. You will be required to submit valid, government-issued identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals

yk333 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank). All payment methods are subject to their own terms and transaction limits imposed by the respective payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. yk333 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours are processed same-day. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next working day. yk333 may require identity re-verification before processing withdrawal requests at its discretion. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
yk333 reserves the right to void deposits or withdrawals and suspend account access where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment credentials, money laundering, chargebacks, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law. Any funds associated with such activity may be forfeited.
4. Bonuses & Promotions

yk333 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements and expiry conditions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and over who have completed the standard registration process. Bonuses offered to new members require a first qualifying deposit that meets the stated minimum deposit threshold.

- Bonus expiry dates are published on each promotion. Bonuses not used or wagered within the specified timeframe will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account without further notice.
5. Gameplay & Fair Use

All bets placed on the yk333 platform are final once confirmed. yk333 reserves the right to void bets where they have been placed in error, where a technical fault has affected odds or outcomes, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.
If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a game or bet, you must notify yk333 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed transaction. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. yk333's decision following investigation of a dispute is final, subject to applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or during any communication with yk333 customer support or compliance teams.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any aspect of the gaming or bonus system.
- Collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any other form of cooperative advantage-taking at the expense of yk333 or other players.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, using stolen payment credentials, or using the platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or misconfigured odds. Any winnings obtained as a result of a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will be voided by yk333 at its sole discretion.
8. Account Suspension & Termination

Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting yk333 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied or the associated bonus balance will be forfeited. Any verified withdrawable balance will be processed to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
Where yk333 terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be withheld pending investigation. Funds determined to be derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full. Legitimate balances that were deposited in good faith and are not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player following completion of investigation, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yk333 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to direct loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. yk333 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Amendments to These Terms
